They sat near their house, each one giving an idea before both rejecting it. They couldn't think of something else other than pulling pranks on the neighbors or go catch butterflies again. The boys were surely stuck on what to do.
They knew better than to travel up again to the Devil's Casino but what sort of fun do heroes have now after defeating a villain? Do they go get more treats? Hear more of the same stories about how they fought the villains? They were announced as heroes and while they were still greeted with such kindness and "thank you's" for all that they had done for the residents.they were confused as what to do next. It had happened upon after a couple of days of their victorious battle against the Devil. One bright morning on Inkwell Isle, the brothers Cuphead and Mugman couldn't believe the next challenge that they were about to face: boredom.
NOTE: This takes place after the events of Cuphead! WARNING: Lots of fluff! Also, I've intended reader to be a cartoon cup similar to Cuphead and Mugman but if you want your character to be something else, feel free to change it! Overall, enjoy!
I decided to write this as upon curious of any Cuphead x reader inserts, I have discovered A LOT take place upon involving Bendy or are just.let's just say not as well written as I've come than that, if you like to know more about my rant for this, please read below in the description (as aside that, I would like to focus on the story for fun!)
